Supabase Meet-Up Malta
Our first Supabase meetup in Malta turned into something special. The room filled quickly with developers, tech-curious and business folks all coming together. Pizza was shared, drinks were flowing, and conversations sparked across every corner.
The highlight of the evening was the "Ship it in two hours" challenge where 10 builders competed to build the best app with Supabase. Seven apps were shipped before midnight. Congratulations to Paddy who took home the price with a Minecraft clone built entirely in the browser. But honestly, the real magic was in the connections made between people.
The idea was simple: get your hands dirty and figure things out together. That's exactly what happened. People helped each other debug, shared tricks, and left with real experience rather than just slides.
New friendships, potential collaborations, and a growing sense of community. Exactly what we hoped for.
